“Paul is much more than a keynote speaker. He is a thought-provoker, a conversation-starter, and a change-maker. He leaves people thinking, talking, and doing things differently long after a meeting ends. His skillful manner of combining “blue sky thinking” with real-world strategies engages people - inviting them to contribute to something bigger than themselves and belong to something better than they ever imagined – is a powerful catalyst for extraordinary results in any organization.”
Conversessions
Think of a conversession like a great TED Talk but with conversation intermixed, and some presentation. Broken down into segments with each as a nine-minute TED Talk-like share + 9-15 minutes of interactive conversing together that brings the concept from academic thought to real concrete experience through attendee stories.

“Witnessing Paul’s impactful message was gratifying and a game-changing experience. Rarely have I witnessed a speaker like Paul who, from start to finish, engages with versus speaks to, his audience. His advance prep was evident and his delivery conscientious, thorough, and attentive to the needs of the audience.”

“Even if you didn’t know Paul when you arrived at the event, you’d swear he knew you from before. With my own two eyes, I witnessed people gravitating towards him all evening long. From personal experience, I promise it is easy to lean into the work Paul is doing around “belonging in the workplace”. He is valuable and I would follow him anywhere and listen to him every time.”

“In a room full of impressive entrepreneurs, I moderated a power panel on business culture. On that four-person panel was Paul Haury from Heart Based Leading. For 85 minutes, the conversational momentum swayed between audience and panel with an energized Q & A. Each panelist was spectacular and yet different which is what I was looking for during the event.
As the panel ended and the networking continued, it was clear and evident Paul had made a ‘dent’ in the evening.
Everyone followed Paul around the large room, asking for his thoughts and ideas on their questions. He had struck quite a cord with the audience in a way I’d never seen before. Paul had a style all his own coupled with a deep-rooted belief of “you belong – we belong”. The way he delivers his message and communicates is uncanny and still somehow natural. In fact, even if you didn’t know Paul when you arrived at the event, you’d swear he knew you from before. With my own two eyes, I witnessed people gravitating towards him all evening long.
