For those seeking 1-on-1 personal coaching, here's what we’ll do together:

This service offering includes weekly coaching sessions of 1 hour each, in person or over Zoom, and support with as-needed phone call access, texting and Zoom checkins. If you’re local to the Seattle area, quick meets for coffee also.

• Personal Coaching: 1-on-1 Format (3 month project focused only) - $2,700

I'll serve as your second heart, set of eyes & ears, to help you in support and challenge to move upward. We’ll work together to help you find where you belong, or create where and with whom you belong, to go farther and higher in your brilliance, your *fawesome potential.

The approaches we’ll use together are steeped in the social/behavioral and neurosciences and adhere to the ICF professional coaching guidelines.
