In this workshop, you'll learn how belonging generates sustained Oxytocin and Serotonin levels and leads to higher-performing and united teams. We’ll cover how to create self-sustaining emotional fortitude and confidence within teams. Real relational belonging sets us up for the neurobiology of unite and fight versus neutral or fight/flight.
We’ll dive into the science of what's going on in you, help you identify the benefits of having belonging , and set you up to design your lead measures for elevating your optimal performance.
We'll go through three conversession segments on the topics below. Each segment has a 7-10-minute TED Talk-ish share + 7-10 minutes of interactive conversation that brings the concept of belonging and wellness into your real concrete experience and agency.
All the segments are grounded in the social behavioral and neurosciences.
