S017 Belonging Your #1 Driver for Wellbeing and Resilience (1hr)
F.O.C. n' Belonging brings wellness and resilience back into your control!
A seven-year 15 million submission study revealed that belonging is the number one driver for well-being.
In this workshop, you'll get a new understanding of belonging and how your neurobiology shifts while in it, bringing the agency for your wellness back to you. You'll be introduced to a deeper more nuanced understanding of belonging that's relational at its core, with one's "self" and with others.
We'll go through three conversession segments on the topics below. Each segment has a 7-10-minute TED Talk-ish share + 7-10 minutes of interactive conversation that brings the concept of belonging and wellness into your real concrete experience and agency.
All the segments are grounded in the social behavioral and neurosciences.
