S018 FOC Belonging beats Imposter Syndrome (1hr)
It's a lack of Self-Belonging and good Self-Talk, not Imposter Syndrome
Wouldn't it be wonderful to have more confidence, courage, and assertiveness? You already have a source for that. Your self-talk, your self-belonging, and your belonging with others. More than likely, your self-talk ping-pongs between a carrot and stick frame. We're going to tap into that place in you that fears less and aspires more, your belonging. Odds are, it's not your impostor.
We’ll dive into this Conver-session (conversational and interactive experience), to give you an understanding of your own belonging to help you move from your worst critic to your biggest supporter.
We'll go through three conversession segments on the topics below. Each segment has a 7-10-minute TED Talk-ish share + 7-10 minutes of interactive conversation that brings the concept of self-belonging and self-talk into your real concrete experience and agency.
All the segments are grounded in the social behavioral and neurosciences.
