You’ve got big dreams and you’re making them happen. Ever find yourself or your team getting stuck right before the next level? You know what you could do, but you don’t. You can even imagine yourself doing it. It plays over and over. Chances are, you’ve got high aspirations, a ton of pressure, and not quite enough belonging. There is a way to get past that, where you and your people can support and challenge each other in belonging to boost your company into an even higher orbit.
In this seminar, we’ll explore how fear, belonging, and aspiration work together. How you're living each of these emotions out, contributes to amazing teams and workplaces. My hope is to give you an understanding of how you can use belonging to overcome fear’s gravity and achieve your aspirations together, making you and your teams thrive as individuals and as committed and accountable members within your larger company tribe.

In this 2hr seminar we’ll cover how to:
Understand how your three base emotions work together: fear, belonging, and aspiration
See what real belonging looks like and how it fits in your work world
Understand and see yourselves in belonging with your values and strengths
Understand how your hearts and brains function together in and out of belonging
Reframe understandings of successes and failures in the context of belonging
Design/paint the picture of your organization’s genuine belonging in shared purpose
Practice and create belonging in your workplace (this is the hard work)
Up to 36 people in person, 24 over Zoom
